ensure that the material is original, lawfully owned, and does not infringe any copyright or

No. You are strictly prohibited from uploading copyrighted material such as university slides,
official exams, or scanned textbooks, unless you have explicit permission.
Your listing may be removed and your account may be suspended. UniBook reserves the right to
take action in case of copyright violations or any misuse of the platform.
You retain ownership of your content but grant UniBook a license to display and promote it on the
platform.
No. UniBook is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or quality of user-uploaded content. You
agree to hold UniBook harmless from any legal issues or disputes related to your uploads.
